Everyone has their standard hot fudge or caramel sundae, but what about one of our multi-layered sundaes, like the Turtle Brownie Sundae, Strawberry Shortcake, Bananas Foster, S’more or Coffee Toffee? The Buckeye is a favorite… there are more than 12 to choose from.

There are several names for them — Blizzards, Flurries, Hurricanes, Cyclones, but we call ours Blitzers! We mix in candies, cookies and more to satisfy your taste buds. A few favorite Blitzers are the Chocolate Covered Strawberry, Hawaiian Delight, Warrior & Hornet.
About Us
For over 50 years, The Dairy Hut has served up the summer’s best soft serve ice cream, Coneys, and sandwiches around!
It’s a Pataskala tradition – we’re open every April-September to share all your seasonal favorites from soft serve ice cream and floats to coneys and brats. We boast over 30 different soft serve flavors, rich in quality and taste. Enjoy an soft serve cone, milk shake, or one of our large one pound specialty sundaes like the Buckeye, Turtle Brownie or Bananas Foster. But we don’t stop at just soft serve ice cream, The Dairy Hut has great sandwiches, too! Regulars love our Coneys with the made-from-scratch sauce, as well as our shredded chicken, BBQ beef, brat and ham & cheese sandwiches.

For over 50 years, The Dairy Hut (located at 42 S Main St. Pataskala, OH 43062), has served customers the absolute best soft-serve ice cream around in a variety of 24+ flavors. We also serve shakes, floats and 2-3 layer one-pound sundaes (the Buckeye sundae is a must-try for any first timer). In addition we serve Coney dogs, shredded chicken sandwiches, brats, pork bbq, ham & cheese, nachos & cheese, doggie treats, and more.

From seeing two customers meet in line and eventually marry to providing nearly 300 high school students their first jobs, the Dairy Hut has cemented itself as an integral part of the Pataskala landscape.
